Elizabeth Boehnlein is the founder and former owner of Dance Academy of Loudoun, a near $4M dance studio serving over 800 students. With more than 30 years of experience in dance education and business management, she built one of the region’s most successful studios—producing large-scale performances for thousands while developing both recreational and competitive programs.

In 2025, Elizabeth successfully sold the studio and now focuses on teaching, consulting, and helping studio owners create profitable, sustainable businesses. Known for her practical systems and real-world insight, she specializes in helping dance studios increase revenue, improve structure, and operate with less owner dependency.
